Vision of the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Padjadjaran is to achieve a reputable university in the position of 500 based on QS World University Rank by Subject Medicine. We are now approaching this target, whereby Unpad is placed now on 550-600th.
One of our strategy is Going Global by systemic approach, i.e. academic health system and one-health program. Academic health system allows integration between health system as the ultimate goal to improve the health status of the people and education system to produce competence and highly qualified health workforce in addition to research and innovation. One-health program is conducted with respect to the co-existence of human being with animal and environment. We have to live in harmony to take advantage at most from animal and environment.
Going global embraces various activities such as academic exchange, joint lecture, joint research, joint supervision and establishment of joint/double degree program. We are convinced that we can accelerate our target through collaboration and mutual partnerships with our long lasting and potential collaborators locally and abroad. Therefore, we strongly support any initiative to enhance these efforts for the shake of our nation benefit and competitiveness. We are very open and cordially invite our stakeholders in initiating and implementing such great effort.
We believe our students, lecturers and strategic partners can experience an impressive live, career and pathway during collaboration for the success of each and the success of our institution.
